Standard Ground (USA)
All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, USPS, FedEx or the most economical service available. Most orders arrive within 3-6 business days depending upon your location. Orders are shipped from New York.

2nd Day Air (USA)
Orders with this method will be shipped 2nd Day Air with UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Most orders arrive within 2 - 3 business days.

International Shipping
We only ship to Canada.
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
Return Policy
Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

* Full name and address
* Phone number
* E-mail address
* Packing slip
* Original Order Confirmation Number
* Your reason for returning the merchandise
